By following a small firm model, we are able to offer clients the personal attention and skilled legal and business oversight they need, but without the larger management responsibilities and high overhead. Our streamlined model allows us to be selective about the clients with whom we work and focus more on day-to-day work and relationships, taking a different approach to the practice of law. This results in stronger, mutually satisfying relationships with our clients and colleagues.

The lawyers of Annand Technology Law have over twenty combined years of experience in the software, services, technology and online media industries. We counsel our clients on various intellectual property issues affecting the high-tech industry and have experience in nearly every type of technology and commercial transaction encountered by technology companies. Owner Kari Annand started her career at a national law firm before deciding to move to a small firm model. Kari has found that a practice that focuses on client service above all else has made her day-to-day work more satisfying and rewarding for the lawyers at her firm and for her clients.

Because of our cost-effective, low-overhead model, many of our clients have general securities or other counsel at big firms, but prefer to use us for their day-to-day transactions. In addition, we also help clients with large transactions worth tens of millions of dollars.
